Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between your business and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] for the use of SELLINTEL.

1. About these terms

By creating an account or using SELLINTEL you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent, and you confirm you are allowed to do so. SELLINTEL is meant for businesses, not consumers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. What SELLINTEL does

SELLINTEL brings your Amazon business into one dashboard: sourcing leads with fees and return on investment worked out, profit per product after Amazon fees, orders and stock, supplier invoices and payouts. Anything marked "coming soon" is not available yet and is not part of what you pay for.

3. Your account and workspace

4. Connecting Amazon and Keepa

5. Plans, trial and payment

6. Acceptable use

You must not: try to get into another customer's workspace or our systems; probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission; copy, resell or reverse engineer the software; upload unlawful material or malware; or use SELLINTEL in a way that breaks Amazon's, Keepa's or any other supplier's rules.

7. Your data

8. Availability, support and changes

We work to keep SELLINTEL available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where we can. Support is available at [SUPPORT EMAIL] [response times]. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something important you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

9. Third-party services

SELLINTEL works with services we do not control, including Amazon, Keepa and Stripe. We are not responsible for their actions, outages or the accuracy of the data they provide.

10. Our software and brand

SELLINTEL, its software and its design belong to us or our licensors. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business while your account is active.

11. Figures are estimates

Profit, fees, return on investment, stock forecasts and similar figures are calculated from data supplied by Amazon, Keepa and you, and may be incomplete or out of date. They are not financial, tax or legal advice. Check them before you make buying, pricing or tax decisions.

12. Liability

[Limitation and exclusion of liability: cap (for example the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim), excluded losses (for example loss of profit or data), and the things that by law cannot be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence and fraud.]

13. Suspension and ending the agreement

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be emailed to workspace owners at least [30 days] before they apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using SELLINTEL before the change takes effect.

15. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have exclusive jurisdiction.
